Allen Bailey & Associates, Inc. (AB&A) has specialized in servicing the needs of small and medium-size fraternal societies since 1985. Trying to keep the existing field force happy while at the same time recruiting new producers is a challenge we have helped fraternals conquer. We have also worked with fraternal societies in the merger arena to guide them in their analysis of merging smaller fraternals that are similar in nature into their existing infrastructure. We have helped fraternals navigate through their domiciliary states’ insurance departments, in order to present to the departments business strategies ensuring minimal surplus drain combined with needed growth. We have assisted a number of fraternals enter entirely new markets that are beyond their existing administrative capabilities. We have successfully teamed them with partners in order to eliminate investment costs in developing new systems and hardware while at the same time achieving first-year statutory profits.
